Former M&A lawyer at Sorainen, where he led its private equity practice, and General Counsel of Nasdaq Stockholm-listed East Capital Explorer AB. Admitted to the New York Bar.
The investor
Former private equity investor at East Capital, and member of the management team and head of corporate development at Starman, including a KKR-backed buyout and exit. Active in secondaries.
The operator
Former CEO of a private bank in the Bahamas, head of the Zurich branch of a Swiss private bank, and an executive at a large London-based family office. Today managing private family holdings.
ABOUT STEFANO

Stefano Grace brings together three careers: lawyer, investor and banker. He has worked across the US, the UK, the Nordics, the Baltics, Switzerland and the Caribbean, and today takes on a small number of board, advisory and transaction roles.
​
He is admitted to the New York State Bar, holds a BA from the University of Virginia, a Juris Doctor from Florida State University, and an Executive MBA. He has experience working at the White House and on Capitol Hill, and has also served as President of AmCham Estonia and as a Certified Adviser for Nasdaq First North Baltic.
