Maiken Grace
PEOPLE · CULTURE · GLOBAL OPERATIONS
Maiken brings extensive experience in building and scaling global organisations. After joining Wise (TransferWise)
as an early employee, she established its facilities and events function, contributing to the company's culture and rapid international growth through its 2021 public listing. Maiken later led Global Events at Wise's London HQ.
Maiken holds a Master's degree in Events Management and brings a deep focus on people, culture and operational excellence to our investments.
Stefano Grace
INVESTMENT · EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP · LEGAL
Stefano is a New York-qualified attorney and seasoned investor with experience in private equity, investment management and financial services. He has held leadership roles as Investment Manager and Head of Group Legal at a multi-company group, and as CEO of portfolio companies, including a private bank. His background spans complex transactions, strategic growth and governance across global markets, bringing deep financial, legal and operational expertise to our investments.
Stefano holds a BA from the University of Virginia, a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law (cum laude), and an Executive MBA (with honors). He also completed the Harvard Business School Fintech Certificate (with honors).
